Issue: AdBlue / DPF / EGR system faults required investigation. Diagnosis: the emissions systems were checked together rather than treating each warning separately. Work: the required AdBlue, DPF and EGR work was carried out. Result: the vehicle was completed after system-level fault finding.

Issue: turbocharger fault on a 2017 Volvo XC90 Hybrid 2.0. Diagnosis: turbo and related boost system checks confirmed turbo repair / replacement was required. Work: turbo repair / replacement completed. Result: the vehicle returned to service after the repair.

Issue: DPF and EGR system problems. Diagnosis: emissions-system fault finding was carried out before repair. Work: the required DPF and EGR work was completed. Result: the vehicle was completed after the underlying system faults were addressed.

Issue: major engine repair was required. Diagnosis: the engine fault was assessed before major mechanical work. Work: the engine was removed and repaired / rebuilt as required. Result: the vehicle was reassembled and returned after the engine repair.
